The school seeks to hire a full-time Lower/Middle School Education Director to start with the 2026/2027 school year. This is a 12 month position. The Education Director is responsible for, in collaboration with the Lower/Middle School Director, the development, implementation, and supervision of the educational programs, including supervising instructional teams, overseeing implementation of IEPs, developing student schedules, supporting students, staff, and families, and ensuring compliance with MSDE requirements. Salary of $90,000 to $115,000, based on experience and education.Required Experience for the Education Director:
The ideal candidate for the Education Director should be an experienced educator who understands the needs of early childhood school students and is knowledgeable about curriculum for this grade level.
