The YMCA is seeking a Special Education Consultant to support inclusive youth programs and learning initiatives across local Ys. This role will assess program needs, advise staff on evidence-based special education strategies, and develop individualized supports for children with diverse learning and behavioral needs. The consultant will design and deliver staff trainings, collaborate with families and community partners, review IEP/504-related documentation, and ensure programs align with best practices, legal guidelines, and the Y’s mission of inclusion, equity, and youth development for all participants.
